| Guidelines
on how to develop a proposal and how to fill in
application forms are readily available through
each EU Programme office, and elsewhere. They
are often extremely lengthy, however, and the
ADUM team felt it would be helpful if our website
users could have a synthetic document bringing
together the most important features.
To do so, we have drawn heavily
on a number of sources, which we duly acknowledge.
We are most grateful to their authors, most of
whom have a great deal of experience in the field.
We felt that it would be particularly important
for our users to become familiarised with a method
which is being used by more and more public institutions:
the Logical Framework Approach.
We recommend that you print
our Guidelines, which you can open on this page.
The document is much shorter than most: only 30
pages. Nevertheless, it will useful for you to
have it on your desk, next to you, as you begin
to develop your idea into a full proposal.
It is essential, once you
have chosen the EU programme that suits your project,
to do the same with the documents specifically
offered by the office administering the programme.
